My services include the following categories:
-Meeting with family members by phone or in person to assess their needs.
-Spending several days to weeks completing the breaking down of the clients' home into manageable components.
-Discussing options for disposal of items, i.e., donations, estate sale items, items that will go into the trash or recycle bin, tag sale items, items to be packed and shipped to a new location.
-Calling in professionals to assist in the move, i.e. auction houses, antique dealers, haulers, moving companies, charities, cleaners etc.
-Readying the home for sale or lease, conducting a market analysis or referring it to a local realtor for marketing and sale, if it is outside my market area.
-I will arrange for transportation of the client to new location.
